· Installation/configuration of OS, Messaging Clients for desktop pc/notebook
· Installation/configuration of applications such as Adobe Acrobat, in house applications, office productivity
· Installation /configuration of accessories, peripherals and mobile devices
· Troubleshoot and resolve desktop incidents
· Manage disk and folder sharing, and permission settings on desktops
· Handle printer problems at users’ desktops
· Assist users in accessing applications
· Perform workstation OS patching and Anti-virus patching for workstations which could not be patched via server push-downs
· Assist in providing technical information and knowledge
· Manage Delivery/shifting /Install Printers to locations along with Print partner
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
