- Demonstrable experience with data products and/or data intense projects involving data manipulation and analytical skills
- Assist technical team and digital architects to conceptualize solutions that address the functional requirements
- Ensure there’s clarity of the functional and non-functional requirements between teams (Business, project, technical) throughout the project lifecycle.
- For each initiative, understand, analyse, and translate business needs into functional specifications. This can be through different techniques such as AS-IS/TO-BE process mapping, user-story and persona workshops.
- Have documented business specifications/user-stories and functional specifications to allow good transition to execution.
- Analyze business needs, document requirements, and translate them into system specifications that IT teams can implement
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Work closely with IT and Business Analysts to analyze and understand business requirements and translate functional specifications into technical specifications.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
- Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
- Accountable for validating the functional specifications and clarify the same to the development teams for creating technical specifications and Support User Acceptance Testing.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams to evaluate and address key issues. Experience with requirements gathering/use of case modelling, preparation of test plan/strategy, deployment of initiatives
- Skilled at gathering and analysing requirements from users, researching and resolving complex problems; negotiating project scope; and advocating best practices and processes
- Project Management experience with demonstration of delivery (Waterfall and Agile)
