Job Descriptions

As our Manager in Talent Success and Business Development, your responsibilities are to provide end-to-end support, from client acquisition to closing requested projects, including all HR management tasks, covering outsourcing, temporary staffing, and part-time employment

# Talent Success & Business Develpoment

  • Support in data mining, getting leads, identifying opportunities and recommending services to meet client’s needs
  • Generate and develop new clients by making cold calls/and generating leads independently (F2F visit or phone), professional networking
  • Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  • Identifying key decision makers and leverage opportunities to promote and cross sell our services
  • Negotiate agreement terms with clients to fulfil company’s objectives and sales goals
  • Sharing of market insights and tabulate monthly sales report with the team
  • Work in conjunction with other Talent Consultants and Training Team
  • Able to support sales presentations and build good relationships with Clients and Talents
  • Support event planning, meeting strict deadlines and budget demands
  • Support collaborations and partnerships with schools, external vendors, suppliers etc.

Job Requirements

We are looking for highly motivated, self-driven and creative individuals and team players with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Keeping abreast of marketing trends, new technologies, emerging digital tools and platforms, and share insights with the rest of the team.

  • Diploma in Sales, Marketing or equivalent
  • CEI Licensed preferred
  • Knowledge & experience of the retail and retail industry
  • Strategic and Analytical Thinker, Team Player
  • Result oriented and Sales driven with the ability to cope with challenges
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and collectively as a team

Working Hours

  • 5 days work week
  • Mon - Fri: 9am - 6pm
