We are looking for dedicated and passionate F&B individuals to join our Operation and Culinary Team!


RESPONSIBILITIES


a) Planning and solving of logistic related matters;

b) Ensuring that stock is kept at appropriate levels and a stocktake is undertaken at the end of each month-end

c) Liaison with procurement on food order fulfilment and the planning of the smooth and timely delivery of food. (Managing of drivers, quality management, presentation of food etc.)

d) Assist in implementing, and managing procedures to deliver the service in line with the SFA guidelines;

e) Ordering, purchasing, and checking all supplies against invoices and delivery;

f) Able to think of new strategies to improve order fulfilment processes and performance and the ability to effectively implement them well (Routing, fleet management etc.);

g) Ensure constant liaison with the Food and Beverage Department;

h) Foster and develop relationships with existing clients and customers to maintain loyalty;

i) Conducts routine checks on various kitchens (during peak periods) to ensure operations are managed well by each individual kitchen team to meet the company's expectations

j) Ensures all staffs are well-groomed and show professionalism while at work to maintain a corporate image.


REQUIREMENTS:


* Have been working in the F & B field for at least 2 years (No experience are welcome to apply)

* Able to commit 6 days per week.

* Willing to work long hours, weekends,s and public holidays.

* Able and have past knowledge and experiences in preparing food cuisine (would be advantage).

* Resilient & ability to perform under pressure excellent communications & interpersonal skills.

* Willingness to learn and adapt.

* Have integrity and reliable to handle issues.

* Preferably someone with a degree in F&B, supply chain, Food Court, Institutional Catering, or related courses

* Basic computer literacy, including MS Word and Excel (would be an advantage)

* Candidate who posseses good knowledge of 5S, BIZSAFE, ISO22000, GRADE A Kitchen, EHS Standard, RBA Standard & MUIS regulations will have advantage.
