As a Product Engineer at Micron, you will be part of a forward-thinking team of engineers that solves complex problems, responsible for enabling Micron’s products with flawless and issue free release to both internal and external customers. Product Engineers are the key interface between Research and Development, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Quality Assurance departments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop test programs and methodologies to perform power characterization of NAND devices.
- Execute Power Char evaluation flows, including Energy Table, Break Point Analysis, and Vampire tests.
- Conduct Electrical Failure Analysis during evaluations and investigate root causes of reported device issues.
- Collaborate closely with NAND Design, Application Engineering, Product, and System teams to drive issue resolution.
- Automate program development and work processes using scripting languages.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity in software development (e.g., C-based programming) and scripting (e.g., Perl, Python).
- Effective communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic about driving innovation.
