The incumbent will develop, evaluate and improve manufacturing methods and processes fo the purpose of sustaining the manufacture of existing laser products as well as the introduction of new products.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Relevant experience in a high mix-low volume manufacturing environment
- Prior working expeirence with Optical components/laser/photonics is highly desired
- Excellent knowledge in Six Sigma DMAIC approach, Lean principles, DOE, SPC, FMEA, GR&R
