Job Responsibilities:
-Troubleshooting system and program problems.
-Developing support documentation for applications and systems patches developed in-house.
-Responding to support requests according to IT support policies.
-Maintaining the company website and intranet site.
-Identifying and arranging project requirements.
-Previous experience in application development.

(a) Have good working experience in Relational Databases:
- DB2
- MS SQL Server
(b) At least 4 years’ in-depth hands on application development experience in Pega PRPC and Pega frameworks.
(c) Working experience in one or more of the followings:
- Java, JavaScript, HTML/ CSS, Web Services (REST and/or SOAP).
- PEGA PRPC configuration, installation, external systems interface and database integration.
- PEGA PRPC Production BAU Support.
(d) Pega PRPC CSA/CSSA/CLSA certification will be an added advantage.
(e) Able to work independently in gathering requirements from users, designing, implementing, maintaining application systems and project management.
