- Able to supervise and manage renovation sites
- Able to execute painting and waterproofing works
- Able to converse and relate to customers on issues relating to painting finishes, waterproofing matters
- Have Experience in painting and waterproofing works (more than 10 years)
- Problem Solver and Self Motivated
- Able to work on weekends (site requirement)
- Able to work for extended hours during weekday (due to site requirement)
