Responsibilities:
You will manage and deliver a wide array of employee engagement and sustainability programmes, driving initiatives that promote employee wellbeing and foster a positive community in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage delivery of employee engagement and sustainability programmes within timeline and budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to organize events that foster workplace community and wellbeing.
- Oversee logistical, administrative, and reporting tasks for employee engagement events.
- Support communication strategies to promote engagement initiatives across the organization.
- Assist with additional assigned duties to enhance employee engagement and wellbeing efforts.
You are a motivated individual with proven experience in employee engagement or event management.
Skills/Requirement:
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of employee engagement or event management experience.
- Strong project management and event planning skills with attention to detail.
- Effective problem-solving abilities and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools like Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
