Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead in the execution of Mergers & Acquisitions, IPOs Placements, Secondary Offerings, Private Placements and other related Capital Markets transactions
  • Assist/lead in deal origination by targeting potential clients and compiling pitch presentations
  • Lead and the preparation of marketing related materials, including industry research, valuation, sales teaser, information memorandum, term sheets, marketing materials for clients and investors engagement, agreements, and due diligence-related material/ documentations
  • Lead, organization and coordination of meetings/roadshows and other relevant marketing activities
  • Liaise and maintain an excellent relationship with clients, professional parties, regulatory authorities and investors and working towards successful completion of transactions
  • Support the department in business development

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related disciplines from a reputable university
  • Prior work experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Mergers & Acquisitions, Equity Research or Financial Sales work experience, with a track record of completed Capital Markets transactions, would be an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, meticulous, initiative and a good team player
  • Strong financial and analytical ability, communication and writing skills
  • Strong project management, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Mature and independent worker with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate investment thesis to investors, and to develop rapport with clients through constant interaction
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Good knowledge on usage of Bloomberg
