Personal Assistant (Part-time | Financial Industry)

We are looking for part-time Personal Assistant ASAP!


If you are a retiree, housewife/husband who has a few hours free daily, we'd love to see you!


Job Highlights:

  • Handling consultant's tasks, such as filing and generating reports
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
  • Documenting expenses and handing in reports
  • Assisting in the design and send birthday cards / festive season greeting cards
  • Other miscellaneous duties may be required

Requirement:

  • A confident and effective team player; able to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong communication skills required
  • Preparation of necessary paperwork for onboarding of new transactions
  • Ensure a positive client experience by following-up and resolving customer service-related issues in an appropriate and timely manner
  • Meeting and maintaining high level of frontline service
