1. Responsibilities include processing of end-to-end trade documentation and trade finance related aspects viz. :
- checking of trade documents received in respect of purchases (import leg) of goods
- preparation of trade title documents for sale (export leg) of goods for customers and negotiation/presentation related documents for submission to Banks under Documentary Letters of Credit set up by customers.
- follow up for realisation of AR
- other ancilliary and related aspects of trade documentation and trade finance
2. Manage a team of 4 Trade Operations Managers. Review and coordinate their tasks, output and external interface. Be accountable for internal management reviews of the overall team and report to Head - Trading (Sourcing & Distribution).
