Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Assist in the development of functional specifications and support project implementation.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities within Wealth Management.
- Support the testing and validation of system enhancements and changes in Avaloq.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
- Participate in workshops and meetings to facilitate communication between technical and business teams.
- Continuously improve business processes through data analysis and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Min. 1 year of working experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the BFSI sector.
- Basic knowledge of Wealth Management products and services.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Avaloq or similar banking software is an advantage.
