Job Scope:
1. Ensure timely declaration of delivery documents
2. Processing, tracking & monitoring status of Freight (Air)
3. Ensure information is updated in the system
4. Handle customers enquiries through calls & emails
5. Prepare invoices to be sent to client partners
6. Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs/ Competent Authorities rules and regulations
7. Other Ad Hoc support to Operations
Requirement:
Diploma in Logistics/ Supply Chain
Prior experience in Customer Service also welcome
Keen interest in direct progression in the SCM industry
Detailed and good coordination work
