Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
- Oversee day-to-day clockwork operations
- Develop strategic plans for business operations
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
- Supervise all new and current on-going projects and communicate well with all levels
- Establish strong relationship with customers
- Ensure employees work productively and developmental
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial plans
Requirements
- At least 5 years of proven leadership experience in construction industry
- Knowledge of business process and functions
- Strong analytical ability, outstanding organization leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, must good in both Madrian and English language to laise with Chinese/English speak clients/associates
- Problem Solving aptitude
Able to do 6 days work week
