Responsibilities:
- Boosting New Sales lead by contacting customers to send company catalogue for client’ understand and making cold calls
- Assisting superior with administrative tasks and coordination
- Handling sales logistics coordination with foreman on the delivery and machinery atsite and client site coordination
- Handling indoor sales inquiries and orders by phone or email
- Preparing and processing sales orders and quotations
- Developing and maintaining a filing system for managing sales databases andupdating sales records
- Collaborating with marketing and finance teams on sales-related tasks
- Updating of sales database, such as sales orders, Operators movement, machineriesmovements etc
- Payment receivableRequirements:
- Minimum ‘O’ Level, Diploma/ Degree in Commerce/ Marketing/ Business Administration or a related field are preferred.
- Have relevant experience with 2 – 5 years and above in similar role
- Able to possess excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills
- Have strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Work well in matrix environments requiring you to work
- Proficient with Microsoft Office based applications
- Willing to work beyond normal working hours
