Job Descriptions
· Provide corporate secretarial support for a diverse portfolio of local & international clients.
· Maintain statutory records, registers, and company documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
· Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory documents with ACRA.
· Assist in preparing resolutions, minutes, and corporate governance reports.
· Conduct due diligence and ensure compliance with ACRA regulations.
· Liaise with clients and external parties such as auditors, regulators, and stakeholders as needed.
· Support senior management with secretarial and compliance functions.
Requirements
· Minimum polytechnic diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
· At least 3 years of corporate secretarial experience.
· Strong proficiency in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills.
· Possess a positive attitude, enjoy working in a team, and exhibit professionalism in all dealings with clients and stakeholders.
· Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
· Able to perform well under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
