Job purpose:
- Perform a variety of student services duties under the supervision of the Student and Administration Manager.
- These duties include timetabling, maintaining student academic and financial records, student inquiries, and pastoral care services.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Manages and maintains all student academic and financial records.
- Administers a range of student academic services from enrolment, student pass matters to graduation.
- Performs student academic services which include class schedule, issuance of the transcript, and the collection of course fees.
- Cultivates good relationships with students and addresses their needs in administration-related matters.
- Performs general admin duties.
Requirements:
1. Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of working experience in student administration processes.
2. Have a sense of urgency in meeting deadlines and meticulousness.
3. Possess good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
4. Dynamic with a pleasant disposition.
