Responsibilities
- Office administrative functions such as filing, copy/faxing, maintaining supplies needed to run the organization.
- Front desk reception and greeting all guests as they arrive.
- Provide good customer service through answering phone calls, attending walk-ins and responding to email enquiries.
- Update and follow up with all Delivery Order, Service Report, Mock Up List.
- Assist with the general day to day administrative tasks.
- Any other ad-hocs as assigned.
