- Handle front desk duties which includes attending to all enquiries i.e. phone, emails and walk-in guests, visitors and students.
- Assist with the dissemination of daily relief planning arrangements and instructions to teachers and relief teachers;
- Manages packing and distribution of collaterals from MOE and other agencies;
- Attend to sick and injured students, calling parents where necessary;
- Open and record in-coming mails, and distribute to respective recipients;
- Manages the updating of staff pigeon-hole if there is staff movement;
- Assist in P1 registration and administration matters;
- Prepare/pack exam materials (writing pad and OAS forms);
- Perform general filing and data-entry tasks;
- Assist AE/CSO with issuance of financial assistance letters, where necessary;
- Provide logistical and admin support for school events; and
- Any other administrative duties when required
Qualification
- The Personnel shall minimally have the following skills and experience:
- At least one year experience working as a front desk receptionist in school setting and general administration
- Good communication skills and comfortable engaging stakeholders
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask with good time management
- Preferably to have knowledge in first aid
- Preferably to be a hands-on person
