You’ll make a difference in the following:
- In your role, you are supporting the Finance department and local BU management with financial and structural analysis (ad-hoc topics and conceptual proposals)
- Being fully responsible for the BU-planning process (budget / forecast / latest estimate) for in LCB SG
- Another focus of your future role is the monthly reporting on the business figures, as well as reporting on ad-hoc topics for the local BU management.
- As part of your role, you act independently in the coordination of the associated processes, tools, and content as well as in the creation of your own reports.
- In doing so, you drive the optimization, automation and digitization of the existing process landscape and have a high degree of design freedom.
- You will as well support cross-functional, cross-regional and at time cross-BU special projects, especially regarding competitiveness and productivity.
- You are interacting with business support functions (i.e. Legal, Accounting, …) in a matrix.
You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:
- You have a university degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics or a similar education.
- You have 5-7 years of professional experience in finance, accounting and controlling functions, preferably in a project-based industry (e.g. construction, technology, etc.).
- You convince with high analytical competence, a high level of commitment, your focus on both customer and results, a confident manner, and your assertiveness.
- You can demonstrate in-depth business knowledge and have experience with financial modelling.
- You have a good command of the standard Siemens’ reporting applications (SmA, SmR, Dash), SAP and MS Office and already have knowledge, QlikSense or other database-based analysis tools.
- You show a strong affinity for automation, digitization, and data analytics.
- You solve problems proactively and are used to presenting problems & challenges with a fitting solution. Ideally, you have demonstrated this as member in project groups.
- Your excellent written and oral presentation skills round off your profile.
