Our client is a leading Multinational Tech Software Company. They are looking for candidates with experience in B2B marketing operations, funnel management, lead routing and Salesforce optimization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process owner for lead routing and lead delivery to sales
- Monitor bottlenecks and proactively resolve lead routing / upload issues
- Ensure that SLAs are kept for lead dispositioning and management
- Automate lead management processes wherever possible to reduce overhead
- Builds Salesforce dashboards for sales & marketing managers
- Bring funnel operation to the next level, bringing over best practices
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of work experience in B2B Marketing Operations, Sales Operations or interlinked functions, ideally in SaaS tech companies.
- Strong experience with SalesForce.com, Salesforce dashboards/reports is a MUST.
- Should have experience working in Marketo
- Ability to analyse and detail sophisticated business processes
- Experience in data visualisation is required. , PowerBI is a plus
- Strong planning, organisational and multitasking skills
- Experience in Lead Management is required. Lean Data certification is preferred.
- Sales Cloud Consultant certification is preferred
- Be self-managed, responsive, and able to work in a virtual team environment
