JD:
We are looking for an Infrastructure Lead to lead and provide technical support of BAU for an EUC System.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical projects involving investigation, design, upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
- Manage Windows Client and iOS environments.
- Oversee Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) initiatives.
- Implement and maintain Device Management and Endpoint Security protocols.
- Perform routine operations, including monitoring, reporting, Q&A support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
- Provide maintenance support through patching, upgrades, and documentation updates.
- Mentor, train, and guide junior team members.
- Collaborate effectively with other BAU teams, including network, database, and application departments.
Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience with Client and End User Computing (EUC) systems.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows Client and iOS platforms.
- Extensive expertise in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), including both on-premises and cloud-based technologies.
- Strong understanding of Device Management and Endpoint Security.
- Significant experience troubleshooting Client and EUC systems and their underlying infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders, including non-IT users and technical team members from applications, network, database, and PMO teams.
- Proven ability to mentor, train, and lead junior team members effectively.
This is an initial contract till the March 2025 that will be renewed afterwards.
