Responsibilities include assisting the lawyer and legal executives in real estate transactions,
- preparation of documents,
- Filing and scanning of documents,
- Handle calls, correspondence and confidential documents,
- Manage calendars and appointments of lawyer,
- Perform data entry, filing, photocopying and faxing,
- Prepare invoices.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- A team player and a meticulous individual with strong sense of responsibility, initiative and integrity,
- Good communication and organisation skills,
- Computer savvy,
- Good command in English, and
- Ability to multi-task
Qualifications: ITE, 'A' Levels, Diploma, Bachelor's / Honours
Overtime is NOT required, and flexible work hours is possible.
Legal knowledge and prior experience is NOT required.
Training will be provided.
