Work Location : Near Rochor MRT
- Only Singaporean or full working rights for Singapore need to apply.
- Must able to handle both Chinese and English documents.
- Diploma in Real Estate Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in handling commercial or residential sales or lease contract.
- Must able to communicate in both English and Mandarin to respective language spoken business associates.
- Applicant who has experience as property agent or conveyancing assistant welcome to apply.
- Handle lease administration for a commercial or residential sales, including preparation of lease documents and tenancy agreements.
- Generating of invoices, updating of sales report & Occupancy report, stamping of agreement etc
- Maintain and update the tenancy database.
- Track submission requirements for all lease documents to ensure timely completion.
- Schedule and coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary appointments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and client interactions.
- Ensure smooth operations of all tenancy/agreement matter.
- Liaise with landlords and tenants on all tenancy matters.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve work issues.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by your superior.
