JD:
We are looking for an Infrastructure Support Engineer providing support on Windows Server components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Perform regular system updates, patching, and upgrades to maintain security and performance standards.
- Execute impact assessments and testing for infrastructure changes under the direction of senior team members.
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Provide support for backup and recovery processes, ensuring data integrity and availability.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in Windows Server administration.
- Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with Windows Server components, including Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), DNS, DHCP, IIS, and File Server.
- Familiarity with PowerShell and Command Prompt commands and scripting.
This is an initial contract till the end of Dec 2024 which will be renewed.
