QA Technician | Pail/SMD and Large Steel Drum | Industry Packaging | 5 Days | Pioneer
Basic Salary - $1400 - $2000
Working hours – Mon to Thu 7.30am-5pm, Fri 7.30am- 4pm (5 days)
Working location - Pioneer
Job Scopes:
They are packaging company.
Summary: To help the process flow be more effective are in good condition and to ensure that only good quality products are delivered to customers and meet customer requirement. (Report to QC manager).
- Perform Final Inspection
- Testing on incoming goods ie . Paint/Lacquer/Steel (Every batch)
- In Process quality verification (Min Twice a day)
- Inhouse Measuring Equipment’s calibration (Twice yearly)
- Documentation – Process records / Test report
- Raise Non-Conformity Report (Daily)
- Drums performance testing (UN test)
- Others – Ad-hoc basis Example: First Article Inspection, Customer complaint investigation, Product Packaging Test
- Liaising with production, Logistics, Supply Chain/Store, Sales & Marketing departments.
Job Requirements:
- 2 years working experience in manufacturing site preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- Knowledge in ISO procedure & statistical analysis (advantage)
