KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
(Tuas, Singapore)
Responsibilities :
· Responsible for processing of customers' orders, managing inventory vis-à-vis customers’ demands.
· Perform purchasing functions to maintain seamless supply chain from orders to arrival of goods ;
- Resolve customer complaints in respect of quality, delivery requests and quantity,
- Handle accounts queriess, billing, cancellations, and other queries;
- Provide pricing and obtain delivery information;
- Follow up on shipping schedule;
- Organize workflow to meet customer time requirements;
- Manage customers' accounts in respect of receivables;
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments, shipping companies, forwarders and external vendors.
Requirements:
- Degree in Chemistry or a discipline in Chemical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical or related discipline.
- Management and Leadership Skills.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Mature, independent with pleasant personality and a team player;
· Ability to work under pressure and interact with all colleagues;
· External training will be provided;
· 5-day week.
· Ability to work in Tuas.
