- Operations Management – manage FM Engineers daily roles and responsibilities
- Manage FM engineers technical competency in FM aspects
- To ensure and establish safe and conducive work environment(WHSC) for FM Engineers.
- To manage customers’ expectation and deliverables, and establish rapport for long term customer relationship
- To attend monthly meetings with customers onsite
- Ensure good planning and execution of service schedules (ie Planned Preventive Maintenance)
- Responsible for timely quotation submission to customers and obtain of vendor quotation.
- To prepare root cause analysis reports for equipment/product failures
- Provide support to customers for any emergency situation and provide recovery process management.
- To attend major shutdown activity of NDCFM accounts
- Meet delivery schedules in data uploading as prescribed by our client and in house process
- Assist in training staff members on work processes, operating procedures, statutory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations
- Manage contract deliverables
- Forge strong vendor relationships, and manage vendor service level agreement performance
- Conduct regular review of technical refresh for customers
- To implement the Lifecycle replacement programme for all M&E equipment/system, business continuance and service restoration strategies, create opportunities and assist to meet sales revenue targets
- Any other duties assigned by Manager, Senior Manager and AVP of SMC
