Business Administration Executive
Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, we seek mature and self-driven candidates to apply for this position. Working as a team of 4, the candidate must be adaptable to perform his/her main roles well and able to cover duties when required. The job scope includes:
- Support the HR, admin and operation matters on day-to-day administration
- General admin functions such as up keeping of filings and document archives
- Assist in report generation and add hoc works
- Provide basic administrative support to office
- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Functions
Flexi-work arrangement with at least 3 days to work in office.
Prerequisite
- At least 1 year of working experience in similar capacity or have experience some experience in similar job scope
- Book keeping knowledge will be advantageous
- Good command of written and oral English
