Responsibilities
- Perform front-counter duties such as patient registration, appointment-scheduling, billing, handling enquiries etc.
- Provide financial counselling to patients.
- Assist doctors/nurses when required.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and its reception area.
- Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum O levels or equivalent.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in healthcare or health-screening centre will be advantageous.
- 5.5 day work week.
