JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Ensure all Export jobs to be collected on the day to be planned with no miss pick up due to oversight.
- Ensure that jobs are updated timely and assigned to the drivers respectively.
- To understand a truck capacity and ensure that planning is based on each truck’s capacity.
- To work closely with customer service personnel and understand the requirements of each truck before assigning the jobs to the drivers.
- Have clear and concise communication with the drivers, instructing them and helping them reach their destinations.
- Usage of GPS tracking software to know where all the drivers are, so as to be able to respond to any ad-hoc jobs required.
- Any other ad-hoc duties when assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Well versed in speaking english
- Mandarin speaking will be a bonus
- Able to use EXCEL, WORD
- Able to leverage on computer systems and filters to enable quick turnovers and planning
- Monday - Friday (8am-6pm) and Saturday Work from home (8am to 1pm).
