Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment and software.
- Measure and mark property boundaries.
- Prepare detailed survey drawings and reports.
- Analyze data and provide recommendations based on survey findings.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and land use laws.
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure accuracy.
- Conduct topographic surveys for site development projects.
- Assist in preparing legal documents related to land ownership and property lines.
- Provide on-site supervision and guidance during construction projects.
Qualifications:
- in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
- Relevant certification or licensure as required by local regulations.
- Proficiency in using survey equipment (e.g., total stations, GPS).
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Knowledge of relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Experience:
- Previous experience in land surveying or a related field is preferred, but entry-level candidates may be considered. Singaporean and Malaysian only.
