The Graduate Trainee (GT) Programme is a special management development programme for PSB Academy fresh graduates. Designed to give trainee hands-on experience, trainees are assigned duties and tasks that enable them to learn the different aspects of the business and interact with managers and the management team.
The programme entails a 1-year contract, with each department rotation, at duration of 3 to 6 months.
Role 1
Department: Marketing, University Partnerships – Coventry University
Marketing Management
- Support Marketing team in developing creatives and/or campaigns for recruitment purposes
- Support Marketing team in the execution of said campaigns, and participation in recruitment and marketing events
- Work with external vendors on the production of assets and other marketing items
Student Profile Sourcing
- Work closely with Marketing, Admissions, Academic and Student Services team to source for student profiles that can be used in marketing materials
- Coordinate student interaction and involvement in marketing efforts
- Work closely with Marketing team for execution of deliverables involving student participation
Others
- Ensure all localized assets adhere to brand guidelines
- Work closely with Team to timely understand the needs of the market and achieve synergized branding objectives

Department: School of Foundation Studies
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Understand the range of product offerings in PSB Academy
- Gather intel for competitive analysis of existing products
- Conduct market research for identified potential products
- Present the findings and recommendation to aid sales strategies and recruitment efforts
- Assist in creating product kit / training materials based on research findings
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyse recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Create dashboards and visualizations to present data insights to the team
Process Optimisation
- Develop a comprehensive progressing database and tracking system
- Devise an efficient student referral verification process
- Provide suggestion to improve on other internal processes
Adhoc duties
- Assist in the coordination of recruitment-related events
- Any other duty assigned

- Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time.

- Degree holder
- Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills
- Strong English proficiency
