Responsibilities:
This position will lead and/or execute a diverse range of complex assignments as well as cross border transactions. He/She will also work closely with our Transaction Advisory Group and Private Equity Performance Improvement Group to provide integrated due diligence to the world’s largest and most high profile corporate, private equity and financial investors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/Finance.
- 10 to 12 years of tax consulting experience – Big 4 experience preferred.
- Strong appetite to win in the market and grow a premium tax practice in Singapore and the region
- Possess strong leadership, execution, and coaching skills.
- Ability to exceed client expectations and deliver high quality client service.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Good writing, analytical, research and organizational skills.
