The Sales Manager is responsible to lead the sales team to achieve the sales targets and key performance indicators for the sales of factory automation machines and other products.
Job Description:
- Develops sales strategies and action plans to increase the current business and customers and to expand into new markets.
- Conduct PEST and 4Cs of marketing analysis on the targeted PCBA segmentation in the Asia Pacific and Middle East region.
- Monitor and evaluate sales activities and forecast, and assume responsibility for pricing and delivery, leading to customer satisfaction.
- Manage the department’s profit and loss, budgeting and financial forecast.
Requirements: - Diploma /Degree holder in the Engineering field with minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar capacity.
- Good track record of managing a team in the B2B sales for more than 5 years.
- Able to travel overseas frequently to visit customers, overseas sales offices and partners/
- Highly self-motivated and results driven/
- Possesses outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of auto-insertion, SMT, micro-electronics process and technology will be an advantage.
