Job Responsibilities
- Prepare all food items as per standard recipe cards while maintaining portion control and minimizing waste.
- Maintain food stock levels in relevance to the hotel occupancy and function forecasts.
- Ensure that all food preparation equipment is being used safely and correctly and that it is cleaned and maintained.
- Focus on high standard in food preparation, presentation and service.
- Perform any other job tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
- Innovative and service-oriented.
