Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of social media strategies aligned with company marketing objectives
- Help in overseeing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing under the guidance of senior management
- Collaborate with the team to plan and create engaging content for various social media platforms
- Manage the content calendar and assist in optimizing posts for visibility and engagement, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines
- Assist in identifying and maintaining relationships with influencers and brand advocates
- Coordinate sponsored content, partnerships, and promotional campaigns in collaboration with senior management
- Support the tracking and analysis of social media performance metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and conversion rates
- Prepare reports and provide insights to senior management for strategy adjustments and improvements
- Assist in managing digital marketing initiatives to meet sales targets. Support budget tracking, monitor spending, and help optimize budget allocation for better ROI and marketing outcomes
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and operations, to ensure social media efforts are integrated with broader marketing initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation, storytelling, and content creation
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and assist in data-driven decisions
