Delivery Manager

What to expect:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional development team and business stakeholders of different domains to deliver an end-to-end and fully functional system
  • Identify opportunities, drive product vision, strategies, road maps and OKRs to deliver quality deliverables
  • Define success metrics and constantly measure the impact of your work
  • Work closely with UX designers to plan and organise research activities such as product conceptualisation workshops and Usability Testing
  • Manage a projects scope, timeline and acceptance from the stakeholders
  • Elicit and document business/user requirements and translate them into user-stories
  • Analyse requirements to drive the design or review of test cases/business model/processes
  • Plan and coordinate implementation activities together with business stakeholders
  • Work with Quality Engineer and business users to plan performance testing of the system
  • Work with Quality Engineer and business users to plan for UAT, coordinates and monitor progress and acceptance of UAT
  • Continuously finds means and ways to improve and streamline work processes
  • Work cooperatively and jointly with various users department to provide quality service

How to Succeed:

  • More than 3 years of relevant experience as a delivery manager, product manager or business analyst.
  • Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking for product implementation and growth.
  • Experience with web-based and business process software systems implementation.
  • Good written and verbal communication, including minutes taking and user-stories development skills
  • Ability to work effectively as an individual or with a team to understand and interpret requirements leading to technical implementation.
  • Able to engage stakeholders and manage their expectations.
  • Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure, meet deadlines, multi-task and to priorities tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrate motivation to learn new skills and technologies.
  • Experience in Amazon Connect or other call center systems (e.g., Avaya).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Agile methodology (Scrum) and UX development environment
  • Experience with focus group and workshop facilitation
  • Experience with agile tools like Trello and JIRA
  • Certified Scrum Master or Certified Product Owner and/or Certified Business Analysis Professional (bonus)
