Job Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Project Manager & BIM Manager
- Prepare BIM e-submission to authorities
- Coordinate BIM drawings with Consultants and Contractors
- Perform correct BIM modelling practices for documentation and authority submission
- Work with project architect on all matters pertaining to design, technical compliance and building code / regulations
- Perform clash detection and resolution to ensure conflict-free designs
- Provide BIM modelling/CAD (computer aided drafting and design) support
- Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
Job Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Architecture / Civil / M&E Engineering or any equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of BIM / VDC local Project experience
- Certificate in BIM Management / VDC will be an advantage
- Knowledge in Latest technology for 4D – 7D BIM / VDC / VR / Simulations will be an advantage
- Knowledge in Bentley plant design application software such as OpenPlant Modeler and OpenPlant PID is preferred
- Experience in preparing construction drawings
