Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews
- Manage work passes application, renewal and cancellation
- Handle vehicle insurance
- Handle vehicles’ road Tax / VPC / traffic offenses
- Submit waiver of FWL, NS make-up pay claim and Paternity / Maternity / Childcare leave claim
- Application of Training and submission of grants
- Support HR operation as and when required
Requirements
- N Level with min. 2-3 years’ experience in HR
- Detail oriented and meticulous
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Work location in Tuas
- Transport provided at Boon Lay MRT
- 5 days work week
- Strictly for Singapore/ PR
- Should be able to start immediately
