Logistics Assistant
Working days: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 9am - 6:30pm
Salary: $1800 - $2200 + OT (less OT, only in festive season)
Working Location: Ang Mo Kio (569625) - company will move to near Tai Seng MRT by Dec 2024 / Jan 2025
The Logistics Assistant is responsible for coordinating general warehouse operations and activities including shipping and receiving deliveries, preparing packing products for delivery, conducting stock checks, general warehouse admin, and storing inventory.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process orders from online store
- Prepare & pack order when required
- Process stock requests from the retail stores
- Maintain the order and cleanliness of the warehouse
- Track and document all inventory movements to and from the warehouse
- Process day-to-day forms and documentation (E.g. receive and file requisition forms, create and print delivery orders etc.
- Perform stock control by counting stocks / stock taking
- Order stock when stocks are low
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations and order stock
