Responsibilities:
- Manage general inquiries and appointment scheduling for all medical services.
- Assess patient concerns through phone, email, or other communication methods, and guide them to the right care based on established health protocols.
- Participate in meetings with relevant teams to discuss and provide feedback on triage services.
- Gather and track data for monitoring and reporting on service outcomes.
- Ensure patient health information is kept confidential.
- Improve the triage process to reduce waiting times for patients needing urgent or specialist care.
Requirements:
- Candidates with EN/RN/Paramedic/Media background are preferred
- Experience in Emergency department, Ambulatory care, Care Co-ordination or previous telephone consultation is an advantage
