Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, instant messages, SMS, and emails.
- Ensure all patient queries, appointments, and referrals are managed professionally and in a timely manner.
- Schedule or reschedule appointments based on clinic operating hours and doctors' availability.
- Navigate the clinic’s system to ensure accurate booking and documentation.
- Escalate difficult or relevant issues to management or the appropriate department.
- Advise patients on insurance matters if applicable.
Requirement:
- Must be sincere in working in the healthcare industry
