To build, lead and be held responsible for all aspects of the organization. These includes setting up of the corporate infrastructure to achieve the company’s desired goals. There is also the need to define and implement strategy and objectives to achieve the defined financial target for the affiliates through the business units.
· Define and build efficient organizational structure and to build the market size.
· Recruit, lead, develop and control direct reports and overall entity.
· Ensure that financial objectives are achieved through the development of business plans and the solid execution of associated tactics.
· Strong product launches and introduction of new products and services (through business development) to customers which align with our core operating areas.
· Ensure Business operations are accomplished in an efficient and compliant manner.
· Define and implement strategy and objectives to achieve the defined financial targets (full P&L responsibility) for the entire affiliate.
· Ensure that Organization operates in a compliant manner, adhering to all local laws and within the our organisation's Code of Conduct.
· Represent the legal entity with 3rd parties and execute the obligations of being the local board member.
