Broad Function
Support the Infectious Diseases Outbreak Training (IDOC training) Subgroup, Infection Prevention & Control Office (IPCO) and People & Organisational Development (P&OD) Office in the development, implementation and review of the IDOC training programmes, and provide administrative, operational and logistical support as required.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Specific
- Assist in planning, developing and co-review of the training curriculums (for F2F and e-Learn for both Train the Trainer sessions and Staff training sessions) for IDOC related training.
- Assist IDOC Training Subgroup in the development of curriculum materials; including but not limited to Work-Instructions and Training Checklist, and Digital Content Creation
- Support implementation of IDOC Training for both Train the Trainer sessions and Staff training sessions; including but not limited to preparation, coordination, attendance taking, updating training records, collating feedback and support of training sessions
- Coordination and support of annual audit sessions for Train the Trainer sessions and Staff training sessions for the various training curriculums
- Assist in preparing updates to department HODs/Senior Management on training progress and audit sessions
- Assist in the planning and management of training budget
- Assist in the procurement of training-related equipment and consumables
General
- Supervise junior staffs (e.g. Executive Assistant) in the department & delegate tasks accordingly, where necessary
- Perform general administrative duties as required e.g secretariat duties
- Participate actively as a team member in organisational development and quality improvement projects at hospital-wide and departmental levels
- Any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Competency in multimedia skills (e.g. poster design, video/audio shooting & editing, etc.) with prior practical experience would be an advantage
- Prior experience in project management or event organisation would be an advantage
- Prior experience with procurement and purchasing is desirable
- Prior experience in healthcare education/administration is desirable
