Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

As the Content Solutions & Sponsorship lead, you are the link between YouTube and Sales. Your role is to turn product innovations into client solutions that enable our customers to get the most out of Google’s advertising products. You will partner with Sales team members in building the strongest commercial strategy, and we equip customer-facing Googlers with essential product expertise. You will work on maximizing the YouTube Music opportunity, working on Festive Tent pole Moments, collaborating on scaled content innovations such as Roadblocks & Line Ups.

Job responsibilities
- Partner with Video Specialists and Sales teams to establish strategy and grow Content Revenue (YouTube Select) at the local market level.
- Lead awareness and training of the Content Proposition, ensure Sales excellence and reporting against lead lists.
- Be the local Subject Matter Expert, identify Tentpole Content moments, develop narratives and lend pitch support for the top leads.
- Support execution of Content Solution projects, introduce implementations tools and influence Product teams for long term impact.
- Drive cross functional collaborations in local market (with local market stakeholders, YouTube Partnerships, Marketing, gTech and Media Planners) unlocking local Content Solutions opportunities for brands.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience working with digital organizations.
- Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.
- Experience working within the South East Asia markets.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience and understanding of the wider media world, including communications planning, content strategy, publishing and media owner.
- Experience developing and executing large sponsorship programs.
- Understanding of the YouTube ecosystem (viewers, creators, advertisers) and products.
- Demonstrated consulting skills, with the ability to successfully influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of the Content and Creator landscape.
