Job Description:
- Provide top-notch pharmacy services to inpatients and outpatients in a multi-disciplinary environment.
- Participate in clinical, administrative, and educational activities.
- Develop and evaluate the services offered by the Pharmacy department to ensure they remain timely and cost-effective for the community.
Requirements:
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in Pharmacy.
- Registration with the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
- Strong communication and listening abilities.
- Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills.
- High level of clinical competency.
