This postion is open to Singaporean or Permanent Resident only.
- Lead and manage project execution, monitor site progress, and ensure on-time completion of the project
- Ensure compliance with all WSH safety regulations
- Evaluate and report to management on project progress
- Establish good working relationship with clients, architects, consultants, authorities and subcontractors
- Identifying potential risks, performing risk analysis and planning risk mitigation strategies
- Controlling all construction operations, procurements, the quality of deliverables and project costs
- Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
- Ensure all deadlines are meet
- Perform other ad hoc duties given by management
