- Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Supervise the construction workers and subcontractors.
- Educate workers and subcontractoors on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
- Enforce site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
- Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
- To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.
- Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
- Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
